Our online delivery platform calculates the fee based on the distance between the delivery address and our restaurant.
Delivery wait times depend on location and peak service times.
Prep / production time – 10 to 20 minutes and drive time – 5 to 25 minutes to deliver orders. An average of 25 to 45 minutes from finalised ordering time.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

REFUND POLICY
We can only guarantee a refund if you cancel before our restaurant has accepted your order. You will be automatically refunded if our restaurant cancels your order this might take up to two days to show up on your statement. If our team member arrived, makes a reasonable effort to contact you, and could not deliver the order. In these instances, we can’t provide a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel* an order through the chat any time AFTER receiving confirmation that the order was placed, but BEFORE the restaurant has accepted your order. If you need to cancel after this, our chat support team will then contact the restaurant to confirm that they haven’t already prepared your food. If the restaurant has already started preparing your food, we can still cancel your order, but we will be unable to issue a refund. Your order may be cancelled by either the restaurant or our delivery partner.

WHY OUR RESTAURANTS MAY CANCEL ORDERS?
Our restaurant may cancel an order because they’ve run out of an item or they’re experiencing a large volume of orders. You will be automatically refunded if the restaurant cancels your order this might take up to two days to show up on your statement.

WHY OUR DELIVERY TEAM MEMBER MAY CANCEL ORDERS?
It’s possible our delivery team member might cancel the delivery if they’re unable to find or reach you. When arriving at your delivery address, they’re prompted to contact you so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting food to arrive. If a delivery team member made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.
