Due to the worsening potato shortage currently affecting Australia, suppliers are being faced with inconsistent supplies, as well as price increases on their products. As a result of this, we are faced with the same issues, and may no longer be able to consistently supply our Hot Chips as we typically do.

We aim to do our best to provide our beloved customers & the local communities we serve with an uninterrupted service. As such, we will be making a few changes to our menu, which may be updated again in the future.

Firstly, we will not be selling the Large size of our Hot Chips, but we will still be offering our Regular size. This is to ensure that we can serve as many of our customers as possible.

Secondly, we regret to inform you that we will be increasing the price of our Regular Hot Chips by $1.00, which is due to the increased wholesale price of most potato products. We would like to note that this is approximately a 30% increase on our current price point, where the wholesale price increase that we are currently facing is at a higher percentage. We felt it wasn’t appropriate to increase the price for our customers more than this.

Fortunately, this growing issue has not affected our ability to supply our Waffle Fries currently, so we will continue to provide our Waffle Cheese Fries & Loaded Waffle Fries at the same price.
